    We’ve received information that there was a failed optic in their network which has since been replaced.

    We are still monitoring services to ensure there’s no further issues.

    We're aware of an issue where one of our core network links to London went down and came back up again, causing some iBGP sessions to be reset within the network.

    We have raised the issue with our fibre provider, and will take the link out of service if the issue re-occurs or if any intrusive testing needs to be completed.
